Basically this affects grids and the inner Earth most in the first step but as the very last energy sources of the cabal are targeted, it might have effects on the surface later on.

The biggest income for primary anomaly, which the cabal used to attack the Lightforces and the main vortexes of the Earth with, was mainly tied to the first fallen female. This main energy source is now as good as gone, as it is taken off power step by step, beginning from date of the descision mentioned above.
Big stabilisation of the positive people who were still dependent on such energies had to be established fast, stabilisations the Pleiadeans worked on for decades.

The shift itself was pretty seamless, so there were almost no big unplanned disruptions for the positive people which were still profiting from that income. The effect on the cabal was desastrous though, which should explain countless severe attacks and deceptive maneuvers, especially targeted at key Lightworkers and Starseeds to hinder their progress accompanied with the shift of power. The cabal still has a few minor reserves and very low income, which they apparently use right now to keep the illusion that nothing happened. This keeping of the status quo at all costs will soon come to an end, but this also rather affects the grids and the inner Earth at first - physical changes on the surface are as always a rather late effect to be expected. Due to the shift several changes already took place in the inner Earth as well as the planning for a general future course which is harmonious with the liberation of Earth for big parts of the inner Earth. The cabal hierarchies throughout all levels were shaken and some of their servants finally realized that there are big changes ahead. This realization resulted in some chaos on the side of the cabal and more and more of their servants trying to hoard the energies for themselves instead of attacking the Lightforces.

Situation Update December 2023

Certainly a lot has changed since the removal of the chimera group, though obviously nothing much has since changed on the surface yet. Although the chimera was at the very top of the cabal hierarchy it is rather the rest of the pyramidical body that keeps up the veil and the illusion running.
